Sierra is described as an extremely friendly, giggly, smart young woman. She loves to move to anything with a beat. Other favorites include going to school, meeting new people and her high top sneakers! Sierra has a talent for making people smile. She currently attends a school for children with educable mental retardation and her current foster mother has hopes of her being able to work one day. Sierra loves to play on the computer and to be around dogs. Although Sierra herself is unable to express her desire for a family, her foster mother is hoping for a family who can meet Sierra’s medical needs. We would love for Sierra to find an experienced family, as well as one who can appreciate her beautiful spirit!
