An animal-lover, Mary’s favorite animals include dogs, cats and horses. She also likes making craft projects and taking photographs. Thoughtful and caring, Mary remembers important events in other people’s lives and asks how they are doing. She enjoys horseback riding, reading, playing sports and riding her bike. Mary is in special education classes where her academic and emotional needs are addressed. She likes school and does best in a small, structured classroom setting. Mary has experienced much hurt and loss in her life and is looking forward to becoming part of a loving, forever family. She has siblings with whom she would like to maintain contact. Mary longs for a family connection and will flourish in a family who is committed and nurturing.
