Jacobian loves sports, especially football. He also enjoys singing and participating in talent shows at his group home. In the future, Jacobian hopes to become a professional singer. Currently living in a group home, he has experienced an unstable childhood and at the moment, he feels safest in this environment. The agency is hopeful that through his counseling and when matched with the right family, Jacobian will be successfully transitioning to family life in the community. Educationally, Jacobian struggles as a result of learning needs and attends full time special education classes. A calm, consistent and loving family is needed to help Jacobian meet his greatest potential. He also has a sister he is close with and needs a family who will support that relationship.
