Mozella is a friendly, pleasant young woman. She enjoys socializing with both peers and adults. Mozella makes true connections with people and is very caring. She loves going on outings, especially to amusement parks, and also enjoys swimming and bike-riding. Mozella loves music, and participates in chorus. She has become a leader in her music class, and has performed in public at senior centers. This is a big step for Mozella, as in the past she has been too shy to sing in public. She receives educational and developmental support in school, and participates in an independent living skills program, which she really enjoys. Mozella has become more willing to try new tasks or activities at school, and she has begun taking more of a leadership role with peers. She needs adult support in dealing with transitions. Mozella has a brother with whom she is very close, and needs a family to support that connection. A family who can provide her with structure and love, and who will be able to act as an advocate on her behalf, is being sought.
