Rhys is a handsome, loveable boy who likes to be held and rocked. He is nonverbal so he is unable to express his feelings like other children may - but Rhys loves to sing along with his caregivers! His favorite sing-along song is “I’ve got the joy, joy, joy.” Rhys will follow some directions and sounds, and can say words on cue. In special education classes, Rhys has extensive medical and developmental needs that will need continued monitoring as he grows. He is a wonderful, loving child who will be a terrific addition to any family.
